Martial et Marie-Claire sont formidables de complicité, chacun oeuvrant dans sa partie pour la même cause, avec bonne humeur, conviction, et ténacité. Un vrai sacerdoce! Elle, c'est l'accueil, le service et surtout : les vins! Une table gourmande, qui vous raconte les traditions nimoises et cévenoles, avec santé, gaité et pour ce qui est toujours bon à prendre, une addition très caline.

After his training years, this compagnon du tour de France then made his mark behind the prestigious hotplates and ovens of the Concorde La Fayette with Joel Robuchon, Ledoyen and after at The Ritz with Guy Legay, later La tour d’argent à Paris, then he became chef de cuisine à l’hôtel Imperator. His greatest venture yet, opening the Restaurant Le Magister in 1985 at Nîmes. Martial, is one of the most respected and accomplished chefs in the South of France. |
